Drive is an indispensable part of the whole system of JUKI placement machine, if the drive problems need to be replaced immediately.

Note the following details during the replacement process:

a)         Must replace the J gas when the main engine of the placement machine is completely cut off;

b)         Confirm that the type of driver to be replaced is JUKI same as the original type of patch driver, including the number need to be fully consistent;

c)         See if there JUKI address code setting on the drive of the original placement machine, if there is a setting, the drive that needs not to be replaced is consistent with the original one;

d)         Take down the power cord and control line of the original driver of the JUKI placement machine and the optical fiber to see if there is any bad phenomenon in the connection of the wire, the end of the optical fiber should not be cleaned with corrosive solvent;

e)         Replace the JUKI placement machine driver, the driver shell contact line to link well;

f)          Install the new JUKI placement machine driver, the power cord and control line screw lock;

g)         Change the JUKI placement machine driver during the trial operation, every two hours need to observe its running state, pay special attention to the motor and driver whether there is abnormal heating situation.

Note: complete power outage refers to the transformer (transformer that closes the main engine of the JUKI placement machine), and the power (mainoperation) indicator lamp of the main operating disc is in the state of extinction. And it is suggested that heat dissipation fan with high power such as H/ Z shaft should also be replaced regularly to ensure its working environment.
